Hi, Southern Maryland!
As a devoted wife, mother of 10, grandmother of 21, and great-grandmother of 2, I've had the privilege of nurturing countless young lives through childcare and providing compassionate options counseling to women navigating unplanned pregnancies, as well as volunteering in our church's nursery.
With expertise in childcare, meal planning, housekeeping, event coordination, guidance, prenatal education, and time management, I thrive on serving women, babies, and families in our community.
Living with my husband of over 20 years in Southern Maryland, where small-town charm meets scenic waterfront, has been a dream come true. In my downtime, I find solace in crafting, gardening, and spoiling my grandbabies, while indulging in British television.
At On the Nest Doula Services, I believe childbirth is a powerful, normal, and healthy process, and every woman deserves to be empowered in her choices, supported by evidence-based care tailored to her unique needs and preferences.

With a strong foundation in supporting new life, I've spent five years volunteering at a crisis pregnancy center in Southern Maryland, providing compassionate guidance, options counseling, and informed education on pregnancy and parenting.
Drawing from personal experience as a mother to four and a proud birth attendant for several grandchildren, I've also honed my skills as a birth doula and postpartum caregiver for numerous clients, often providing overnight support. Certified through the International Doula Institute as both a Birth and Postpartum Doula for over three years, I've furthered my expertise with recertification as a Labor Doula with CAPPA in 2025 and upcoming Postpartum Doula recertification in summer 2026.
My experience includes supporting VBAC moms, offering overnight care, and maintaining CPR certification, empowering me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of new families.
